Filia Diabulus (lit. Daughter of Satan), also known by her alias Brittney, is the main antagonist of the Smiling Friends episode, "Erm, the Boss Finds Love?". She serves to help her father to steal the belongings of powerful men by seducing them.
She is voiced by Erica Lindbeck, who also voiced Mustard in the same series and other demonic characters such as Loona from Helluva Boss, Daki from Demon Slayer, and a few human characters from different franchises such as Lady Nagant from the My Hero Academia franchise.
Synopsis[]
Brittney is a manipulative demon who appears every 100 years, who suck the soul of many powerful and influencing figures such as Charlemagne, Franklin D. Roosevelt, Napoleon Bonaparte, and later Mr. Boss. She is loyal to her father, which she uses her ability to benefit the powers of her father and to expand it.
Her personality and dialect is based on stereotypes of the Valley Girl or white girls in-general as she loves to drink Starbucks and live by the moto "Live, Laugh, Love". However she maintains a positive attitude, as she wants to open a flower shop and remodeled the Smiling Friends Headquarter.
Trivia[]
- Her first jump scare is reference to the Violin Girl from the Courage The Cowardly Dog episode "Courage In The Big Stinkin' City".
- She'll later reference Pazuzu from The Exorcist during the ceremony.
- In the book that Pim has found, her description actually consists of the lyrics to the song "What Took You So Long?" by Emma Bunton that was translated in Latin.
