The Bruiser Brothers are members of the alien invaders who were captured and bio-engineered to become demons by the Freds in Inferno within Deimos as part of their plan for world domination. After centuries of remaining in Inferno, they were released accidentally by Bill and his team who made a gruesome discovery and invaded Deimos under the Spider Mastermind's assault. Afterwards, they helpec the Spider Mastermind conquer Deimos and the moon was transported away to a dimensional void. Years after the incident, the Bruiser Brothers helped start the invasion of Phobos by commanding the invaders to attack and conquer the next moon under the Spider Mastermind's rule. In doing so, they order their forces who are patrolling Phobos to search for any survivors to kill and reanimate to join their ranks just to stop them from foiling the Spider Mastermind's plans.
At one point, one of the Bruiser Brothers exited his throne and discovered a human survivor. Arlene Sanders, writing the messages of both a skull and crossbones and the writing "Out" for anyone who survive. Before he could do anything after he roared, Arlene eventually escaped without looking back at him to notice his appearance. Because of this, the Bruiser Brothers decide to call for the Spectred to help them stop another surviving human from escaping to Deimos to make sure no human escaped from them this time.
By the time Flynn Taggart reached the Phobos Anomaly both the Bruiser Brothers come out of the thrones to glance at him before the left Bruiser Brother learned that he is indeed a human survivor. Flynn started to retreat from both of them where he discovered and killed a Spectre before killing the rest of the Spectres by accidentally shooting at a barrel. Both the Bruiser Brothers heard the explosion and decided to dispose of him by themselves. Flynn begins using his rocket launcher to shoot at one of the Bruiser Brothers but even if he gets hit a few times, he repeatedly gets up without taking damage and the other Bruiser Brother aided him as they both returned fire using their wrist launchers. Going desperate, Flynn shoots two rockets at the Brusier Brother where he ultimately gets killed before mistakingly grabbing hold of the remaining Bruiser Brother. Horrified. he attempts to break himself free from the hold from his corpse. As Flynn charged towards the Bruiser Brother, he stops struggling as he decided to handle this himself. In a furious rage, he roars and decided to avenge his brother by attempting go slash at him to death with his claws only to meet his end as Flynn force feeds him a rocket and explodes blasting him and Flynn to opposite directions as he crashes and dies while Flynn survived the blast.
