~ Bryce Montrose. |
Bryce Montrose is a supporting character in the 2006 video game Bully, serving as a supporting antagonist in the second, third and fifth chapters.
He is a student at Bullworth Academy, and one of the members of the Preppies clique.
He was voiced by Ben Levin.
Biography[]
Bryce is the poorest preppy in the clique, claiming his father has spent all his inheritance on "gambling, booze and women", and that his father actually has no money. He says that he works at the Golf & Yacht club to pay my way through Bullworth, admitting his financial hardship, and adding that his family is the only one in the club who has no boat. His family borrowed on their home mortgage at one point. His financial hardship has made him very insecure, causing him to exaggerate and propagate lies about himself to be accepted by his cliquemates.
While he claims that he is a fighting machine, claiming to be a Shaolin student and that he knows Thai Kickboxing, Boxing and Brazilian Jiu jitsu, he is never seen using any of them except the standard Preppy boxing.
Bully[]
Bryce carries a minor or supporting role in missions throughout the game. He is seen accompanying Derby and Pinky, his fellow cliquemates, during the fight of Russell and Jimmy in the hole. During Chapter 2, he is seen as a backup for his cliquemates, primarily in the mission Tad's House, where he throws eggs at Jimmy in the upstairs windows. He is seen once more in Chapter 3, riding bikes around town with Gord, who Jimmy needs to lure to the BMX Park.
In Chapter 5, he is seen guarding Derby, alongside Chad, during the Bullworth school-wide riot, attacking Jimmy when he comes to their headquarters to convince them.
Trivia[]
- In a deleted conversation, Justin and Tad could be heard claiming that Chad and Bryce "like to wrestle and even practice it at night" and keep them awake with the noise they make, possibly implying they are actually in a relationship.
