Bubba Doofenshmirtz is the titular main antagonist of the Phineas and Ferb episode "The Ballad of Bubba Doof". He is the Cajun cousin of Heinz Doofenshmirtz who lives in the swamp district of the Tri-State Area.
Just like his cousin, he was voiced by Dan Povenmire.
Role[]
Unlike Heinz (who was born in Drusselstein and sent to America), Bubba was born and raised in the swamps, and he has his own shack to live and his own makeshift robot called Ned. It was told that Bubba had made multiple attempts to unite the three swamps into a Tri-Swamp Area, but has failed due to beavers building dams to separate the swamps. It was also told that Heinz paid an earlier visit to Bubba's shack given to a photo of both cousins together. However, while Bubba expresses a happy smile in the photo, Heinz is shown with an annoyed look, implying that Heinz can't stand being in Bubba's company for unknown reasons.
While Heinz is taking a day off from evil due to attending an almond brittle convention, Major Monogram and Carl end up being stranded while visiting the swamps, prompting Perry to head over to rescue them. As Perry searches through the swamps, he ends up caught in a underwater trap planted by Bubba himself. Realizing that he has caught a platypus, Bubba happily decides to kill and eat Perry for lunch, much to Perry's horror and anger. Taking the captive Perry to his shack, Bubba announces his latest scheme to take over the three swamps by creating his own inator called the Beaverinator and gets Ned to activate it, hypnotizing the beavers into destroying their dams.
However, Monogram and Carl stumbled onto the shack, and Bubba (being unaware of who they are) invites them over for lunch. Upon seeing that Perry is trapped and about to be boiled alive, Monogram and Carl free Perry and destroy Ned before escaping on a boat. An angry Bubba chases after the heroes in his airboat, demanding them to hand over Perry. However, Carl throws a mosquito spray bottle, rupturing the airboat's propeller and setting it on fire. This causes Bubba to crash his airboat into another beaver dam, sending him flying into the air as he curses Perry.
