Bubbles is the main antagonist of the Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers episode "The Case of the Cola Cult".
Appearance[]
Bubbles is a buff brown mouse with a pair of swim trunks and a mask reminiscent of an executioner. He is also sometimes seen with a yellow cap with a feather on it.
Powers and Skills[]
Bubbles primarily wields a stick with a soda cap attached to it. But he can also wield a bottle opener akin to a bladed weapon. He also has command over a dozen or so henchmen.
Biography[]
When the Rescue Rangers crash into the storage building owned by the Coocoo Cola company, Bubbles approached them with hostility only for Pop Top, the leader of the Cola Cult to stop him. Later on, Myron, a member of the cult makes an attempt at warning the rangers about the shady dealings going on at the cult.
Gadget then tries to drive the newly crafted gyro mobile to aid in the investigation of these dealings. However, when they travel on foot, Bubbles sabotages the vehicle and sends several bottles their path, leading to the rangers trying to retreat only for the sabotaged gyro mobile to fall apart which resulted in Gadget quitting.
Myron manages to get in contact with the remaining rangers to try and get them to stop the shady dealings again. This time the rangers infiltrate the cult and find that the cult was scamming members of their donations. But Pop Top, despite being the leader, was not really the scammer, it was Bubbles who tries to drown the male Rescue Rangers along with Myron and Pop Top in Coocoo Cola and tries to take over.
Gadget, having realized that Bubbles was the reason the gyro mobile fell apart, proceeds to build a tank and uses it and a magnetic weapon to capture Bubbles' cronies and expose his scam. When Bubbles is confronted by Gadget, he attempts to strike her with a bottle opener only for her to use said magnetic weapon to pull it from his hands and land it into a can of soda.
When he pulls it out, he gets sprayed by the cola in the can and Gadget proceeds to open the surrounding cans and subject him being sprayed until he falls into the bucket of soda used in his scam where it is discovered he cannot swim. While Bubbles and his goons were brought to justice, the scam leads to Pop Top somberly disbanding the Cola Cult.
