Bud is an antagonist in The Walking Dead. He is a high-ranking member of The Saviors under the leadership of Negan and also commands a group of heavily-armed Saviors on motorcycles.
He was portrayed by Christopher Berry.
The Savior is unnamed and he, along with the motorcycle Savior gang under his command, confront Rick Grimes, Andrea, Michonne and Carl Grimes on the road, demanding Rick to give them their supplies. Rick's group then begin killing the Saviors and leave their leading member alive, sending him to Negan with a message that the Hilltop Colony no longer needs the Saviors' protection and that they owe half of their supplies.
Around a week later, he was seen along with Mike and two other Saviors. He captured Rick and forced him and the other survivors to get out of the van and kneel on the ground. This Savior then tells Mike to send a signal to Negan, Mike then fires a shot, giving Negan and his men the signal. Moments later, this Savior watches as Negan beats Glenn to death with Lucille.
As Daryl Dixon, Abraham Ford and Sasha Williams continued their drive back to the Alexandria Safe-Zone, they were stopped by Bud and his squad of motorcycle-riding Saviors. He informs the trio that their truck, guns and all of their resources and supplies now belong to Negan. Bud steals their weapons and orders one of his men, Timmy, to force Daryl to clear out the truck of supplies. He demands for Abraham and Sasha to take them back to their home without question but Abraham asks a question despite being ordered not to, who is Negan. Bud then points both of his pistols and holds them at gunpoint, saying he doesn't want to kill them because they appear as reasonable people but did tell them not to ask any questions. After a moment of silence, Bud decides not to kill the survivors, however he then changes his mind and prepares to shoot them, though before he could fire a shot, him and his entire group are blown to pieces by Daryl with a rocket launcher after he silently kills Timmy.
