Bullet is a minor antagonist in Fallout 4 and a member of the Gunners residing in Quincy. He serves as the main antagonist in the quest "Kid In A Fridge".
He is voiced by William Salyers, who also voiced Rigby in Regular Show, Erich Soders in HITMAN, Doctor Octopus in Marvel's Spider-Man, Warden Ranken in Batman: Arkham Knight, Perseus in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, and Joseph Stalin in Superman: Red Son.
Biography[]
Bullet is first encountered by the Sole Survivor as they journey to the Peabody house. Depending on the player's choices, the Sole Survivor can either give Billy to Bullet, refuse to do so, or kill him early.
If spared, Bullet arrives outside the Peabody house with a group of Gunners. The Sole Survivor can either talk Bullet down or kill him and his entire group.
If still alive by the end of the quest, Bullet may encounter the Sole Survivor again in a random encounter.
