Bulletproof Mark is a minor antagonist in the Image Comics series Invincible and its animated adaptation.
He is one of the Alternate Mark Graysons that started off as a hero, but became evil and conquered his Earth. He was later found by Angstrom Levy, and agreed to help him destroy the reputation of his world’s Invincible.
He is voiced by Steven Yeun, who also played all the other Alternate Mark Graysons, A. Traveler in The Twilight Zone, Ricky "Jupe" Park in Nope and Danny Cho in Beef.
Appearance[]
Physique[]
Bulletproof Mark has black hair with a widow's peak that is combed back with a few strands sticking up and brown eyes. His physique is defined and muscular.
Bulletproof Attire[]
Similar to the main universe Invincible, he wears a yellow and blue, super suit and similar to Bulletproof, there are disc plates on his waist, shoulders and chest, and has visor glasses.
Personality[]
Much of Bulletproof Mark's personality remains unknown, except for the fact that he became a supervillain in his dimension. He appeared to have no qualms with the death and destruction he caused during the Invincible War.
Biography[]
Comics[]
Bulletproof Mark would strangely not arrive until the second day, as he is not shown in the Start Picture. When he does arrive, he goes to the Pentagon like Flaxan Mark did the day before, and he makes it to the White Room where he would be strangled and killed by the Reanimen. His fate of being converted into a Reanimen is unknown since he is never seen again in future issues.
Series[]
Bulletproof Mark arrived in the mainstream universe through Angstrom's portal alongside the other variants, and immediately proceeded to destroy everything in sight.
Bulletproof Mark managed to enter the Global Defense Agency base sometime after Flaxan Mark, though he would end up meeting the same fate. He is overwhelmed by a group of ReAnimen, and one rather gruesomely snaps his neck, killing him instantly. He was the last alternate Invincible to be killed on screen.
Trivia[]
