Bullgoras is a minor antagonist in the anime/manga series Kinnikuman.

Bullgoras is a kaiju who attacks Japan while Kinnikuman and Meat are overseas in the United States. Bullgoras went around destroying buildings and attacking anyone he could grab. When the Earth Defence Force attacked Bullgoras, he would slap them aside.
Kinnikuman would fly over to Japan to beat Bullgoras and would try to use his Kinniku Beam to kill him but because he hadn't used it in a while, it didn't work so Bullgoras would beat on Kinnikuman.
Meat would throw garlic into Kinnikuman's mouth to power him up, allowing him to shoot his Kinniku Beam at Bullgoras, blowing him up and killing him.
