Hugo , better known as the Buzzsaw Skibidi Mutant is a supporting antagonist of the Skibidi Toilet series.
He is one of the few remaining Skibidi Mutants and a member of the G-Squad.
He was once a normal human before being turned into a Skibidi Toilet when they invaded the planet. He was then upgraded to a Skibidi Mutant by the Scientist Toilet who welded artifical limbs to Hugo's new toilet body, giving him the appearance of a normal human, but with a large toilet bowl replacing his torso.
Scientist Toilet also gave him a prosthetic-buzzsaw arm to use as a deadly weapon.
He was deployed into battle along side the other Skibidi Mutants such as his partner-in-crime the Bezerker Skibidi Mutant.
