Calvin Fischoeder, typically referred to as Mr. Fischoeder, is the main antagonist of the animated sitcom Bob's Burgers and a major character of the 2022 film The Bob's Burgers Movie.
He is Bob Belcher's greedy landlord and the richest man in Seymour's Bay. Despite generally being on good terms with the Belcher family (particularly Bob, who reminds him of his father), Mr. Fischoeder's unethical business practices and money-making schemes tend to create more problems for them to deal with.
He is voiced by Kevin Kline, who also portrayed Otto West in A Fish Called Wanda, Charles Dreyfus in the 2006 remake of The Pink Panther, and Rod McCain in Fierce Creatures.

Calvin Fischoeder was the firstborn son of his unnamed mother and father, the latter of whom was a wealthy businessman that owned much of Seymour's Bay, including the Wonder Wharf. Calvin grew up as his father's favorite, and as such, regularly bullied his brother, Felix, and their cousin, Grover. This resulted in Felix and especially Grover building up feelings of resentment towards Calvin over the years, to the point that Felix eventually gouged Calvin's eye out, resulting in the latter wearing an eyepatch for the rest of his life.
However, as the years went by, Calvin became much less of a bully towards his family and more of a prankster. He was prone to teasing Felix and Grover, but nevertheless cared about them and let them work for him.
After his father's death, Calvin inherited most of his wealth and belongings, including the Wonder Wharf, and continued the family business, often through illegal means. Eventually, Bob Belcher rented out one of Calvin's buildings to use as a restaurant. Calvin found that Bob reminded him of his late father and began to develop something of an attachment to him.
