Candice LeRae, real name Candice Dawson, is a WWE Diva. She was once the abused valet of Human Tornado, before being saved by Chris Hero. As a result, she became an independent wrestler. She briefly became a member of the villainous group The Way, before it disbanded.
Biography[]
She was once an employee to the wrestler and pimp Human Tornado, who eventually began to abuse LeRae on stage. This went on for a couple of more matches, initially mild, eventually growing more and more abusive, until Chris Hero stepped in and saved LeRae. The two then teamed up, and began to come up with a plan to one day beat Tornado.
They would execute their plan in the next year, where both Hero and LeRae would fight alongside Necro Butcher against Tornado, Claudio Castagnoli, and Eddie Kingston. Unfortunately, LeRae's team was defeated, which meant LeRae and Tornado went in a solo match, which LeRae also lost.
Afterwards, she would begin to grow into a more antagonistic character, where she would get cocky, insult others, and turn into the kind of fighter that Human Tornado once was. In a fight two years later, LeRae went against Mia Yim, and won, neckbreaking her opponent onto a pile of chairs.
She would go on to have a more sadistic and villainous role in WWE matches, such as in her match against Maxxine Dupri, where she humiliates and taunts the wrestler with jokes about her deceased family. She even degrades her tag teammate for losing to Maxxine that match. She acts extremely antagonistic towards Maxxine whenever possibly, and this fight was no exception.
On April 29, 2024, Maxxine and LeRae went up against each other. Since they had last met, Maxxine had grown a lot stronger, and had the upper hand for majority of the round, but after LeRae's partner distracted Maxxine by taking out her tag partner, LeRae was able to take advantage and beat Maxxine, taunting her once again.
