The Candy Goblin is the titular main antagonist of The Casagrandes Halloween episode "Curse of the Candy Goblin".
He was voiced by Jim Conroy.
Appearance[]
The Candy Goblin is a tall, skinny monster with green skin, brown sideburns, long claws, pointy ears, a wide mouth, and a very large head. It wears a grey, pointed hat, a purple poncho, grey fingerless gloves, tattered jeans with blue patches on the knees, and grey boots.
Biography[]
Though the real Candy Goblin doesn't appear through the rest of the episode, Carlitos, Sergio, and Sancho plan this plot to prank the Casagrandes for not letting them to go trick-or-treating with them.
When the Casagrande kids were trick-or-treating, they found a sign, warning them that the Candy Goblin would come to punish kids if they took more than one piece of candy. Believing this to be a scare tactic, they took all the candy, but then later, the Candy Goblin apparently arrived at their apartment.
Throughout the rest of the episode, the Candy Goblin demand the Casagrandes to return the candy as exchange for Carlitos' safety, and the kids fulfill the deal to save Carlitos.
At the end, the Candy Goblin was actually Sergio and Sancho in disguise as Carlitos was in the plot to steal the candy after the kids refused to allow them to go trick-or-treating. Suddenly, a real Candy Goblin appears before Carlitos and the birds, scaring them.
Afterwards, it's mostly likely that Carlitos, Sergio, and Sancho have been spared after turning in the candy to the real goblin from disrespecting the legend.
Trivia[]
- When Sergio and Sancho were disguised as the Candy Goblin, they just flew. It is unknown if the real Candy Goblin can actually fly.
