Cap'n Long Leggy is the secondary antagonist of the Cars on the Road episode "Road Rumblers".

He was voiced by Thomas Bromhead.

"Road Rumblers"

In "Road Rumblers", Cap'n Long Leggy, with the Road Rumblers, kidnaps Lightning McQueen and Mater, forcing them to battle in the perilous Thundercone. He is seen fighting alongside the Chieftess and their team against another group of Road Rumblers. When McQueen and Mater stopped the fight with some words, a car launches a missile where they were, where Long Leggy falls, and finally he redeems himself.

"Gettin' Hitched"

In Gettin' Hitched when Mater makes his speech in his sister weeding about his adventures in the road with Lightning, Lightning has a flashback with his adventures with him incluiding the Destiny's Hotel in the second episode, the Circus Velocitas and their clowns in the fifth episode and the Road Rumblers' fight in the eight episode.

• Cap'n Long Leggy is an Emerycraft Delivery Truck like Dustin Mellows, Miles Malone, Snyder and the NASCA Truck.
• Cap'n Long Leggy being a weaponized post-apocalyptic ice cream truck may be a reference to Sweet Tooth from Twisted Metal.
• He is only named "Cap'n Long Leggy" by Mater, and in the credits.

• Long Leggy's distorted ice cream truck jingle is a recurring theme throughout Road Rumblers, the episode of Cars on the Road that he appears in. The credits of this episode remake the Cars on the Road theme with the sound of Captain Long Leggy's jingle.
