Megatron is the secondary antagonist of 2025 Japanese web anime series Transformers: Wild King. He was a co-leader of the Dinosaur Tribe alongside Megatron who are bent on conquering Planet Elementros and rule it over with an iron fist.
He is voiced by Junpei Baba.
Biography[]
Captain Volca came from the Dinosaur Tribe of the Planet Elementros as their leader, but both Animal and Dinosaur Tribes cannot be together since there's a rule that neither of them can enter each other's territory. Prior to Megatron's arrival on the planet, he was once a sole leader of the tribe.
After Wildocking with Megatron, Volca suddenly fired his Jurassic Ball Fire at both Optimus Prime and Lightlong, but only for the former to block it down with his axe. After Megatron kicking Optimus down to the ground, Volca then later revealing Megatron and the Dinosaur Tribe's plans of conquering the Planet Elementros while taunting Optimus that Megatron is a "hero" who will bring his tribe's glory on the planet as both former friends-turned-archenemies are fighting. When Optimus and Lightlong were about to merged together, Volca orders Leafback to stop them, but only fails as they successfully merged together into Lightning Optimus.
After he was striked at by Optimus and Lightlong's Lightlong Slash, Volca apologized to Megatron for getting caught off guard, but Megatron brushes it off by telling him that he's superior in terms of pure power and change their fighting styles. They attempt to fire Jurrasic Vol Flare, but only for Optimus to deflect it with Lightlong's Lightning Energy and sending Megatron flying back by punching him in the face. When Leafback is running back to Megatron while ramming at trees through his head, Volca expressed his annoyance of hearing this kind of advice of using their heads. After Megatron wildocking with Leafback by replacing his left arm, they fired Jurassic Leaf Flare at both Optimus and Lightlong.
