Cardis is a major antagonist from the mobile game Inotia 3: Children of Carnia. He is a member of a group called the Darkness Order.
Appearance[]
Cardis is a man with long black hair, black eyes and pale skin. He wears heavy black armor with a banner and wears a black and red cape. He later wears Laciel's armor is which is colored white.
Personality[]
Cardis is a cruel and ruthless warrior who is merciless towards to anyone who opposes him. He is willing to obtain Laciel's artifacts and become the chosen warrior of Inotia. He has no feelings for others such as ogres.
Biography[]
Cardis first appearance is shown at the Ogre mountains segment. A mage named Ada searched for him while he was searching for the artifacts of the warrior named Laciel. Ada sworn revenge on him for the demise of her older sister who is also in the Darkness Order organization. Lucio, Candace, and Lydia saw Ada getting attacked by Cardis and the ogres to tried to stop him from getting the artifacts. He slain the ogres and encountered the main group. He suffered from the injuries and teleported away from the mountains back to his group. According to Candace he was considered the best mercenary of the Inotian continent.
At the Seleyndrl Forest, he saw Lydia use Laciel's sword during the battle against Kane. He finally discovers that Lydia is the secret of Laciel's sword and he later betrays Kane by finishing him off with blade.
When he met Lydia, he forced her to follow him to see if he's the chosen warrior of Inotia which is considered false since he wasn't the chosen bringer of light. Lucio, Ameli, and Kuntu went to DeLauren plains to search for her and encountered him and Lydia. He holds Laciel's sword to show proof if he's the chosen bringer of light which causes Lucio to be shocked.
At DeLauren Sanctuary, the party encountered him wearing Laciel's armor and he attacks the dark priest Verat and combined powers with him and the party fought with him. Lydia goes to back to Lucio's side and after he was defeated, he attempts to destroy the team. Ameli summons two of Laciel's swords and combine it for Lucio to obtain the sword. After that, he forces Lydia to come back to his but it was revealed that she is Lucio's sword sheath. He becomes the God of Darkness and created mind fissures. Finally, party slain the God of Darkness and Lydia sacrifices herself to destroy him completely causing Lucio to be in sadness.
