Carl Brown was a villain that appeared in the TV show NCIS: Los Angeles. He is the mortal enemy of NCIS OSP team.

He was portrayed by Adam Bartley.

Biography[]

Brown worked for the NCIS OSP team stationed in Los Angeles. He was secretly a traitor selling out classified information in exchange for a large sum of cash and for the approval of his assassin lover. Brown opted to draw no attention to himself by staying in the background, while taking to studying the field agents for weaknesses in preparation for his imminent defection.

While incarcerated, Carl was attacked by another inmate and put in the infirmary. After recovering, Brown is visited by Sam who angrily demands to know if Brown knew someone was going after his son because he had to keep his impulses in check if Brown confirmed it. Brown calmly confirmed his knowledge, while telling Sam that he was aware that the latter would not harm him in a prison because that was a line, he knew Sam would not cross from working with him. However, Sam was able to return the taunt by telling Brown that the reason he was attacked by the other inmate was because there was a price of $50,000 on his head. Now scared, Brown realized he was doomed if he was released in general populace and begs Sam to get him protection.

Brown made one last attempt to kill Hetty, only to be shot and killed by Callen and Deeks, finally ending his treacherous ways.
