Carlos is one of the three secondary antagonists (alongside Roberto and Alexei) of the 2003 buddy cop action comedy film Bad Boys II, the second installment of the Bad Boys franchise.
He and Roberto are ranking members of the Tapia Cartel, As well as being Johnny Tapia’s right hand man.
He is Portrayed by Otto Sanchez.
Biography[]
He is first seen in the opening credits of the movie with Johnny Tapia. He is next seen watching the parking lot top a of building to get Tapia’s money, although the Zoepounders attempt to steal the money from Syd, and calls Roberto on the radio to go after them. Carlos next seen getting the drop from Syd’s damaged car. He next seen with Tapia to check the money, but the rats are found eating Tapia’s money, Johnny then tells him this a problem. Throughout the film he is aiding Tapia in his goals, during final the scene, Carlos yells at Syd to drop her gun, she responds to it, but instead she throws it at the landmine which causes to explode killing Carlos for good.
