Carlos is a minor antagonist in the crime drama series Better Call Saul. He is a drug distributor and enforcer for the Salamancas and the Cartel.
He was portrayed by Efrain Villa.

Season 3[]
Carlos is first seen delivering his weekly cash collection to Nacho Varga at El Michoacáno.
Carlos, Nacho and Arturo Colon are later seen guarding Hector Salamanca in his meeting with Gus Fring and Juan Bolsa, during which Hector suffers a stroke.
Season 5[]
Carlos appears playing poker with Nacho, Lalo Salamanca, Blingy and Krazy-8. After Krazy-8 is arrested, Carlos and other Cartel dealers meet at El Michoacáno, as Nacho and Lalo then discuss whether or not to continue selling.
