"Carlos Togo" is an alien who possessed the dead body of a notorious drug dealer and a major antagonist in Tokusou Exceedraft.

The dead bodies of Carlos Togo and David Akiba are possessed by the aliens.
Before coming to Earth, "Carlos Togo" was an alien who was the brother of David Akiba. He at some become corrupted by the Devil and was influenced by him to smuggle and deal a dangerous bioweapon known as the "X-13", whose use was responsible for devastating his home planet and killing half of his species. Pursued by his brother, who had become a police investigator, the alien smuggler fled to Earth, where he came across the dead body of notorious terrorist and smuggler Carlos Togo, having just exchanged a mutual kill with police investigator David Akiba, and possessed his body. His pursuer meanwhile possessed David Akiba's dead body to keep on chasing him.
To avoid drawing scrutiny himself, Carlos Togo paid two other members of his species, a father and son, to smuggle a stash of X-13 to Earth. Upon arriving on Earth, the two possessed the bodies of father and son Takashi and Susumu Aida. However, the son found out what his father was smuggling and hid the X-13, having lost his mother to the bioweapon. To retrieve the X-13, Carlos Togo enlisted the help of two human thugs to track down Susumu Aida and get him to give him the X-13. Carlos kidnapped Susumu to make him reveal where the bioweapon was but the Exceedraft team, partnered with David Akiba, were able to track down Carlos Togo and recover the bioweapon before Carlos could claim it. After rescuing Susumu, both Susumu and Takashi's aliens left their bodies, having no need to possess them now that the X-13 was gone.
