Biography[]
Little is known about Carmen's life. However, it is known that Amenadiel, whom he didn't know was an angel, tipped him off about a shipment container that had a valuable item in them. Carmen had several men steal the container only to learn that it was angel wings. Obsessively drawn to what he has seen, Carmen decides to keep them for himself and auction off fake ones.
Carmen was approached by Lucifer Morningstar, the owner of the container, and Amenadiel himself, although he didn't bring up his involvement. Carmen tells Lucifer that he has to bid for the wings. During the auction, Carmen presents the "wings" to the audience and starts the auction. However, when the F.B.I. arrive to arrest the ones in charge, Carmen escapes.
Lucifer then tracks him down and calls him out on finding his wings while being so affected that he lied about them so that he could keep the real ones in his possession. This revelation ends in a terrifying confrontation where Lucifer forces Carmen to tell who tipped him off about the wings: Amenadiel. Lucifer then takes the wings and presumably lets him live after learning the truth.
