Carmine DeSalvo is a minor antagonist in Hitman: Blood Money and one of the targets in the mission, Flatline, who can potentially be the mission's primal target alongside two others, Lorenzo Lombardo and Rudy Menzana, after rescuing Agent Carlton Smith.
Carmine DeSalvo is a notorious Italian-American mafioso and primarily an arms dealer working out of Central America. c Being under constant scrutiny by different domestic intelligence sevices as a prime suspect in the ongoing investigations around, he was somewhat hampered in his efforts to contact of prospective clients.
As a result, he became a little jittery and develped substance abuse and drinking problem, which is why has been admitted to the remote Rehabilitation Center for treatment.

Adding to his alcoholism, DeSalvo is also a short-tempered man who has a very serious problem with anger management, shown when he ranted at 47 (disgused as his therapist) over his issues. His way of coping with his anger management issues are through constant exercise in the gym of the Rehab Clinic.
