Carnage Dark is a major villain in the video game Disgaea 5: Alliance of Vengeance.
He was voiced by Chris Niosi who also voices Shaiapouf, Ernesto Boxman and Savarin Canele.
Personality[]
Unlike Void Dark, Carnage Dark seemingly lacks the ability to understand or comprehend what is happening around him outside of perceiving his sister as being near him. This means that any line of dialogue that Carnage Dark says is nothing more than him asking people to either stay away from his sister or asking where she is.
Biography[]
Disgaea 5: Alliance of Vengeance[]
Carnage Dark was formed after Killia hit Void Dark with the Ultimate Demon Technique: Ultimate Skill: Macrocosm. This would separate Void Dark from the evil within his heart and it would become its own entity.
First, it would try to possess Liezerota, Void Dark's sister. Void Dark's desire to resurrect his sister warped into wanting to possess her and destroy anyone or anything that gets close to her. In the end, the Rebel Army managed to defeat the Lieze Dark, separating Carnage Dark from his sister.
From there, Carnage Dark would float around the Netherworld as a spirit and possess any demons it finds to be a suitable host and would start its quest of mindlessly destroying everything while looking for his sister. Once the Rebel Army found Carnage Dark possessing, Killia would use Macrocosm to beat him and separate him from the demon his was possessing, however, Carnage Dark would start to grow a resistance to the effect of the technique.
The next time they fought each other, Carnage Dark would survive being hit by Macrocosm until Void Dark appeared after resurrecting himself and both he and Killia would use Macrocosm at the same time on Carnage Dark, seemingly beating him for good.
After this loss, Carnage Dark would end up in the Carnage Dimension where he would form a body that looked like Void Dark's body and proceed to take over the dimension before using them as his pawns to go and destroy the other dimension. Eventually, the Rebel Army would find Carnage Dark and kill him once and for all.
