Carol's Mother is one of the two overarching antagonists (alongside Mr. Miller) of the retro-indie horror game Deadly Night, made by Puppet Combo, and she is the abusive mother of Carol and Dylan.
Personality[]
While only appearing once, with one as a hallucination and another as a flashback, we see Carol's Mother as a uniquely vile and selfish woman, who prostitutes her young daughter to pedophiles for money, and yells at her, saying she doesn't care what she wants and that they need the money, although it's for her own selfish needs as she only uses it to buy alcohol rather then to support her family.
Biography[]
Carol's Mother had 2 children, Carol and Dylan, and she was severely abusive and neglectful towards them, locking Dylan in the closet before she starts pimping Carol out to wealthy pedophiles, forcing Dylan to leave the room as the men went in to rape her. One day, Carol snaps and she burns down her house, which kills her mother, but also burns Dylan alive, causing massive burns across his face and brain damage, and thus, kickstarting the game as Dylan and Carol separate and Dylan goes to the cannibal Mr, Miller, becoming a serial killing cannibal himself.
After these events, either Carol or Dylan suffer a hallucination that bring them back to their childhood home, where the charred corpse of Carol's mother can be seen on the floor. If spoken to, Carol's mother then proceeds to berate Carol, telling her "why did she do this", referring to the house being burnt down and calling her a "fucking bitch" and telling her that she "had it all, but she was weak and when they came into her room, she just cried and cried and couldn't keep quiet like a good bitch" After this, she never appears again.
