Carsten Noken Galm, also known as Jimmy Wonta Gana in the English dub, is the secondary antagonist of the Chekered Ninja franchise.
He is the leader of a gang of bikers and Philip Eberfroe's lawyer and henchman, who helps him in his goal to get free from prison and kill all the children that used to work in Philip's factory.
He was voiced by Anders Matthesen in the Danish version, and by Brendan McDonald in the English Dub.
Appearance[]
Carsten is a tall middle-aged man with black hair that is stylized in a comb-over. He has blue eyes, thick eyebrows, a mustache, and a short beard.
Biography[]
Not much is known about Carsten's backstory, only that, at one point, he became a member of a gang of bikers and would soon become its leader. He then came in contact with Philip Eberfroe and became his henchman. He would make Philip be free from jail by killing Mr. Wang and burning the ninja doll that he was accused of using to smuggle cocaine.
Philip would then meet with Carsten in a restaurant after he was freed, where Carsten would inform that he didn't have the files of the children that used to work on Philip's factory with him, causing Philip to become nervous. They would then decide to leave after Philip started feeling uncomfortable after seeing a ninja doll similar to the one that got him in prison.
In a strip club, Carsten would show Philip the list of the children, with Philip deciding they would go to kill a girl named Honey Bee, since she was the closest to Bangkok. They would then find Aske listening to them talking, so Philip left, with the idea that he could be in danger.
Carsten stayed to interrogate Aske, and when he was about to start beat him with brass knuckles, Aske's uncle Stewart appeared and beat up Carsten. He and Philip would then trick Aske by making it look like Philip's interpreter Jasper wanted to stop Philip and would lock Aske and later Jasper in a room about to explode, but they were able to escape thanks to Aske's brother Sean.
Carsten would then go to the restaurant Honey Bee worked in with Philip and his gang, but they would find Sune and Aske driving to the restaurant, causing Carsten to order his gang to go after them, but Aske and Checkered Ninja were able to defeat.
After Philip caused Honey Bee to try to run away from him, Carsten would grab her and kidnap her, but she was able to escape. Carsten is then hit by Sune with the latter's bike, while Philip abandoned him to go after Honey Bee. Carsten would get beaten up and defeated by Checkered Ninja and would be arrested the next morning.
