He was portrayed by the late Michael Champion.
Biography[]
Having learned that one of Victor Maitland's employees, Michael Tandino has stolen a few of their employer's German bearer bonds from him, Casey and Zack are sent out to follow Tandino all the way to Detroit where Casey first knocks Tandino's friend, Axel Foley out at his apartment one night then, both he and Zack confront Tandino about the stolen bonds before Zack murders him in cold blood, unaware that Axel is actually a cop.
