Casper is the secondary antagonist in the 1995 movie Bad Boys, the first installment in the Bad Boys franchise. He is a drug dealer who serves as the second-in-command to Fouchet.
He was portrayed by Frank John Hughes.
Biography[]
Casper first appeared when he helped Fouchet and their gang in robbing stashed heroin from the Miami Police Department headquarters. Later on, they paid a visit to Eddie Dominguez's house to confront Eddie for stealing some of the heroin, and Casper berated Eddie for pissing off Fouchet. Casper watches in satisfaction as Ferguson kills Eddie by shooting him in the chest multiple times.
However, the scene was witnessed by a woman named Julie Mott, who heads over to the two police officers named Mike Lowrey and Marcus Burnett for safety. Under Fouchet's orders, Casper and the others tried to track Julie down, eventually capturing her at Mike's apartment residence. Taking Julie hostage, Fouchet and his gang head over an abandoned airport hangar, where they intend to sell the heroin to a notorious wealthy mobster for profit. During the drive to the hangar, Casper shows an instant lust for Julie by saying that he wants to lick her ears, much to her complete disgust.
During the deal, Casper was assigned to oversee Fouchet making the deal with the mobster. Fortunately, Mike and Marcus came to the rescue by having their fellow cops to break into the hangar and rescue Julie, killing many of the drug dealers.
While trying to escape, Casper (holding a briefcase full of money) enter into a plane and spots Marcus rescuing Julie. Deciding to finish him off, Casper angrily aims his gun at Marcus, but the latter spots several tanks of ether standing next to the plane and shoots at them. This triggered an explosion which not only destroys the plane, but also sends Casper screaming as he is incinerated to death in the explosion.
