The Cat Police are the force of good in Rat Movie: Mystery of the Mayan Treasure and the main antagonists in Rat Movie 2: The Movie. They are a police force of cats with seemingly no powers without the Noah's Ark toothbrush.
History[]
At the end of Rat Movie: Mystery of the Mayan Treasure, the Cat Police shows up. After thanking the fat cop and Sgt. Pickles for their services, they stop the rats’ scheme.
In Rat Movie 2: The Movie, they infiltrate the Dog Capitol as the leader of the dogs is showing the Giant Rat the toothbrush with the DNA of every animal species on Earth in an attempt to steal it. They later appear when Dick Richard and Button-Up Barry want to sell them all the toothbrushes they found in the sewer. Using the power of the one with the DNA, they fuse into a massive human skeleton and attempt to defeat the Giant Rat and Gerrard, but Gerrard fights them off while the Giant Rat goes to flush the toothbrush down the toilet again.
