Assassins, Contract Killers or Hitmen are villains that commit acts of murder under paid money as contracts. Alternatively, this can also refer to anyone involved in assassination, which is the murder of those in positions of power.

Notes: For characters who are also Ninjas use that instead. Do not tag pages with both unless exceptions can be found. Also, assassins are not Villains by Proxy since they willingly choose to work under a villain's orders for some kind of profit or monetary gain unless they were tricked into committing atrocities they didn't intend to do.
