The counterpart to Mechanically Modified, Bio-Engineered villains are those created and/or enhanced through biological science which includes cloning and/or the manipulation of genetics. Examples include Super Mutants, former humans who have been dipped in FEV (Forced Evolutionary Virus) and turned into giant, hulking ogre-esque creatures.
