~ Fused Zamasu's birth. |
Villains who are Deities or Gods override the most greatest, toughest possible level of power that they are equal to Cosmic Beings. Needless to say, these are some of the most powerful villains of all due to their natures.
Most Deities are immortals, omnipotents and omniscient. They can still be destroyed with magical items, against another deity or if their dimension is destroyed by a Supreme Being.
To count as a deity, a character should also have been worshiped either in the past or present; some Deities may even require said worship to function at any level of their true abilities. Often, these beings rule the cosmos and do not want anybody to rule in their place.
Editing note: entities who share similarities with Deities but are not worshiped should go under the Cosmic Entity category instead.
