~ Team Rocket Trio's usual greeting. |
Partners in Crime are a duo (e.g. Prisoners), trio (e.g. Convicts), or quartet (e.g. Voices of The Depths or the Ivy Rangers) of villains who work together, causing evil. Many of these are subservient to the Big Bads and are often bumbling. These villains occasionally do not get along and hate each other, but still work together regardless, although most of these villains still do show high loyalty to one another. Trios and quartets are also acceptable, like the Hyena Trio, Shenzi, Banzai and Ed, the Ghost Gang of Blinky, Pinky, Inky and Clyde, or the four Mercenaries. This category has its own template infobox. Siblings can count as well if there are two, three, or four siblings paired.
These villains are the opposite of Partners in Justice.
Notes[]
- Add only duos, trios, or quartets to this category. Individual villains do not count (e.g. Thoth and Sekhmet).
- Siblings can be added to this category as well, though there should not be more than four siblings included; otherwise they should fall under Families instead of this category.
- If the pair has permanently broken up or betrays one another with no chance of reunification, this category cannot be added (e.g. D-Structs and D-Stroy). In addition, if there are more than four characters paired up at once, such as five, they should go under Organizations, teams, gangs and/or Families instead (e.g. Gorosei, Purple's Clones).
- They have a chance to be Pure Evil if (in the cases of duos, trios and quartets) all two/three/four of the individuals meet the criteria. Leland Jones and Billy Orser, the Roach Scientists, the Robesons, Dez & Edele Hansel are very good examples of this.
- Keep in mind that Partners in Crime who are Pure Evil do NOT care for one another (which also includes Siblings). The main reason these Pure Evils are together as Partners are mainly their mutual sadism, not just pursuing their equal or similar goals.
