Villains in this category were last seen in situations that they were not expected to survive, but given that they were not seen dying, or their bodies or remains were not found anywhere, they could possibly revive in the future or might still be alive and plotting a return. Yet, their fates and statuses are currently unknown.

Editing note: Presumed Deceased villains do not count as Karma Houdinis unless the presumed death was of natural causes (e.g. Steele, Dmitri Desgoffe-und-Taxis, Donald Love, the Entity, Warren T. Rat, Bagul and Nefretiri).
