Villains who are involved smuggling: the act of secretly transporting illegal goods from one place to another. Smuggling often goes hand-in-hand with other more serious crimes such as drug trafficking, bootlegging, arms trading, piracy, and theft.
This also includes people who illegally poach and/or traffic animals, as well as human traffickers, slavers, organ traffickers and sex traffickers/pimps.
