These are teams of villains working together. Normally, a team is smaller than an organization, but exceptions exist.

Note: Add only 4 people or more to this category. Individual villains do not count. If the villain teams are permanently disbanded, or have formed a team as a one-time only, they should never be added to this category. Also, teams cannot be Pure Evil, because groups do not have moral agency, no matter how many members meet the criteria here. Furthermore, if there are fewer than 4 people (specifically duos or trios), then they should be added under Partners in Crime instead.
