I'm not overreacting, I'm a teenager!
~ Katie Ka-Boom
I'm not a kid... I'm a teenager.
~ Chad Dickson

Teenagers are between the biological ages of thirteen and nineteen; this also includes adults who performed villainy during such periods of their lives. The acts that they commit are not as atrocious compared to Adults but there are exceptions. Because teenagers often have a more developed moral agency, their crimes often stand out more compared to Kids.

It is also to note that much like Kids, Teenagers can only be Pure Evil if they have a clear moral agency and meet all the criteria while committing atrocities on their own will (e.g. Peter StegmanJoffrey Baratheon, Light Yagami, Jill Roberts, Jerome Valeska, and Andy Evans).
