Weapon(s) Dealers, or Arms Dealers, are villains who gain profit from selling weaponry to others. They are similar to warmongers in that they rely on conflicts to survive; without fighting they have no source of income.

Many are infamous for working alongside almost anyone if paid enough – even villains genuinely hated and/or feared (i.e. Warlords, Terrorists, Tyrants, etc.). In other words they can often be Mercenaries and/or Rogues selling their services to the highest bidders; they can overlap with Drug Dealers due to drugs being weapons in biological warfare.

In some cases Weapons Dealers may not be in it for profit but rather to spark actions, events and/or arm those deemed useful to their causes.
