Complete Monsters CANNOT have virtues, plain and simple. Yet the original idea was good and worthy to stay. Suffice to say that Virtuously Vile is merely the step below Complete Monster: horrible villains who casually trample the Moral Event Horizon yet, display traits preventing them from sinking at the very lowest.
