Cerberumon is a minor antagonist in Digimon Frontier, Digimon Data Squad, Digimon Fusion, Digimon Adventure: and Digimon Ghost Game.

He is voiced by Fumihiko Tachiki in the Japanese version of Frontier and Tomoyuki Shimura in the Japanese version of Ghost Game. In English, he is voiced by Steve Kramer in Frontier and Jeff Nimoy in Data Squad.

Appearance[]

Cerberumon is an Ultimate Class Digimon that looks like a black Cerberus or a three—headed dog with six claws on each paw, three of them are longer than the other.

Biography[]

Digimon Frontier[]

When Takuya, Tommy, J.P., and Zoe were in the Digital World for the first time, Cerberumon was the first enemy Digimon that attacked them. Cerberumon was at the Fire Terminal searching of the Digimon Spirit of Fire He first attacked the Digimon Bokomon and Neemon. Takuya tried to save them but this caused Cerberumon to attack him. Takuya eventually found the spirit of fire and Digivolved into Agunimon. Both of them fought each other, but Cerberumon tried to give himself an advantage by using Portal of Darkness because darkness is his homefield advantage. But even with that advantage Agunimon still defeated him and purified his data.

Digimon Data Squad[]

When Marcus, Thomas, Yoshi, and Homer were sentence by Baromon, he unleashed a Cerberumon on them. Homer's Digimon, Kamemon freed the other Digimon and attacked Cerberumon. Agumon couldn't Digivolve because Marcus couldn't punch Cerberumon. He manage to punch him because Cerberumon was having a bullfight with Yoshi. Just when Agumon was going to Digivolve Baromon told Cerberumon to stop and decided to spare the DigiDestined when he found out that Marcus is related to Spencer Damon.

Digimon Fusion[]

An army of Cerberumon were members of the Bagra Army. They serve one of the Dark Generals; Gravimon. Most of them were destroyed by Shoutmon X7.

Digimon Adventure:[]

A Cerberumon served as leader of a group of Fangmon in pursuit of Tai Kamiya, Sora Takenouchi, and T.K. (Takeru) Takaishi as they attempted to flee on Komondomon to regroup with the rest of the Chosen Digi-Destined. When two of its Fangmon manage to get onto Komondomon to confront a wounded Sora and T.K. while Garudamon and MetalGreymon were fighting the rest of the Fangmon pack, Patamon is able to digivolve into Pegasusmon, buck them off Komondomon, and delete them before joining the fight against Cerberumon personally. After taking out Cerberumon's secondary heads, Pegasusmon manages to kick it under the chin, interrupting its Emerald Blaze strike. However, it quickly recovers and prepares to fire again, only for Garudamon to stomp on the top of its mouth hard with her foot and knee, forcing it to swallow its own Emerald Blaze before MetalGreymon and Pegasusmon finish it off with their own attacks, destroying it for good.

Digimon Ghost Game[]

Cerberumon appears in the episode "Ghost Taxi", as the right-hand of Lilithmon. When confronted by the Ghost Game Digidestined, it Mode changes to it Werewolf Form to fight Lamortmon and Thetismon. After being defeated by Lamortmon and Thetismon, it returns to the Digital World along with Lilithmon to heal its wounds.

Cerberumon can Digivolve into either Anubismon, or AncientSphinxmon.
Cerberumon Champion Digimon forms can be either; Seasarmon, Dobermon, or Doggymon.
Cerberumon is inspired by the Greek underworld Hades monster, Cerberus, the three-headed dog guardian.
