Biography[]
Cezar is a renowned wolf trapper, best known for hunting and skinning almost every wolf he finds in Aquila; given the number of wolves found since the Plague. One night, having been summoned by the Bishop of Aquila earlier, Cezar is instructed to find and hunt down a certain black wolf (Captain Etienne de Navarre) that travels with a beautiful woman named Isabeau d'Anjou by night while describing the latter to him and not to harm her either.
Eventually, Cezar finds both Isabeau and a young thief, Phillipe Gaston at an inn a few nights later. Knowing he has found Isabeau means Navarre isn't far behind. So, Cezar rides off into the woods after mocking Gaston and sets his traps there. Once Cezar has trapped what he believes is his main target, as it turns out, he has actually trapped and killed an ordinary black wolf when Isabeau arrives with Navarre in his wolf form. Then, Cezar is kicked and left for dead in one of his own traps by Isabeau before he can proceed to kill Navarre.
