The Chairman is the overall main antagonist of the online game Toontown Online He is the leader of the Cogs an evil race of robots that plan on taking over Toontown and transforming a happy place into a dark grey business metropolis.
History
Toontown Online
The Chairman is the leader of the cogs and is the person responsible for managing the cogs and the corporate ladder. The Chairman possibly first appeared in the launcher video where Scrooge McDuck activated a giant grey robot that made cogs to invade Toontown and kidnapped Scrooge.
Toontown Rewritten
A Memo sent to the Sellbot Department. Stating The Chairman congratulating the cogs on the sales pitch. on the invasion. Even though being sent back to the playground.
the chairman's plan is going into effect. and Toontown is the perfect location to Modernize. his corporations. And That the mover and shakers have come to the top. with the shakey ground they left on the toons. the chairman sates as promised. the mover shakers will get quality offices. also known as filed offices.
A memo sent to the big cheese states that the duck also known as scrooge mcduck. Is uncooperative. and will not give information about the toons. And states that there will be a meeting at the executive office tower and the big cheese will need to attend.
