Chanbaano is a conch/barnacles-themed demon that was summoned by Dark King Zylpheeza. He's also the main antagonist in episode 10 of 1999 TV series called Kyukyu Sentai GoGoFive.
He is voiced by Atsuki Tani who later voiced a Mercenary Org, Don Armage and Don Arkage.
History[]
Chanbaano made his first appearance when he was being summoned by Zylpheeza at Psyma Paradico and he was then brought forth to the base as he sprayed a smog right in front of Pierre. After that he then left the palace as he's about to cover the air with his noxious smoke.
A while later he arrived in the city as he began to produce his noxious gas from his body and into the environment as everyone began to cough out from this terrible smoke. However GoGoFive showed up to prevent his actions so he sent out the Imps to battle the team. However when Daimon is told to rescue the civilians he instead fight Chanbaano. However when Chanbaano fires out ball at Daimon he instead opens fire at it when it explodes into a noxious gas as Daimon suffers from this sneak attack. After that Chanbaano left the scene while Daimon attends to Daigo.
A while later Chanbaano is at a warehouse as he used the energy to create another ball that will fire out even more noxious gas however it didn't went unnoticed when Daigo spots him in the process as Chanbaano transformed a motorcycle that will suit him as his ride. However he'd spotted the kid when he accidentally knocked over a metal gas can, so he sent out the Imps to catch that kid. Thankfully Daimon was close by as he transformed and battle the imps. However Chabaano arrived in the battle on his tricked out motorcycle as he overwhelmed GoYellow. Thankfully the rest of the team arrived and sneak attack Chanbaano. After that the team then battles Chanbaano and the imps. Once Chanbaano's tricked out motorcycle is destroyed by GoYellow he was then defeated by this finisher called Calamity Breaker.
However Pierre managed to resurrect Chanbaano into a giant prompting the team to bring out Victory Robo and battle him. After that he was then destroyed by this finisher called Victory Prominence.
When GoGoFive is sucked into Ghost Psyma Hell by Salamandes, Chanbaano was one of the army of Psyma Beast ghosts summoned by Psyma Chaos to attack them until his staff was destroyed, leading to the Psyma Beasts to rampage against everyone. When GoGoFive find a portal back into their world with assistance of their mother, Chanbaano follows alongside Juuki and Solgoil and is resurrected as a giant ghost once again. The team use the Grand Liner to destroy him once again with the Grand Storm.
