Chancellor is the secondary antagonist of Nickelodeon's 33rd thirty-third semi-theatrical feature film The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run, the third installment of the SpongeBob SquarePants film franchise.
He is King Poseidon's former majordomo, and formed a trio of dungeons to torture SpongeBob SquarePants and Patrick Star as he thought they were gonna attempted theft on Gary the Snail.
Chancellor was King Poseidon's majordomo, He was ordered to find some sea snails for his boss due to his wrinkly face that makes him completely ugly, while he found a couple of snails that were slimeless that wasted slime they get sent to the dungeon for running out of slime, but eventually Plankton kidnapped Gary and presumably gave it to him.
Chancellor receives Gary to King Poseidon and precisely Gary had unwasted slime Gary was branded as King Poseidon's pet snail after the false theft of SpongeBob SquarePants and Patrick Star and ordered his dungeon trio to murder the thieves. He yelps as he's dragged away by Sandy Cheeks and tied up along with his trio. Later, Chancellor alerts King Poseidon about he needs more polling dates. He reforms himself by unfriending King Poseidon but only for a brief time.
