Fire Ninja Chang Kung-Fu is a World Ninja from Hong Kong who serves as the antagonist of episode 4 of Sekai Ninja Sen Jiraiya. He teams up with the Sorcerers Clan to defeat Jiraiya and recover the Pako. He is 90 years old and seeks to use the Pako to become immortal.
He was voiced by Eiji Maruyama.
Biography[]

Chang Kung-Fu first appears in episode 1 when Retsukiba informs Org Ninja Dokusai that Chang had shown an interest in the Pako and was heading to Japan to aid them against Jiraiya.
After arriving in Japan, Chang teamed up with the Sorcerers Clan to defeat Jiraiya. After Toha was lured out by the Karasutengu, Chang Kung-Fu appeared to face him. Using his "Art of the Three Illnesses", Chang took away Toha's will to fight and caused him to become frightened to go into battle. Chang then returned Toha to Togakure-ryu before stealing their sign and escaping with the Karasutengu.
Chang then met with Dokusai to discuss their alliance. Dokusai questioned Chang as to why he wanted to ally with them, to which Chang responded that he sought to use the Pako to become immortal. Dokusai then promised Chang that if they obtained the Pako they would split its treasures 50/50.
Because Toha would not go out, his adoptive sister Kei became Princess Ninja Emiha to go out and fight Chang instead. However, Emiha was defeated by Chang in battle and captured and tied up alongside her little brother Manabu to lure out Jiraiya. Jiraiya later appeared to free Emiha and Manabu, having regained his will to fight thanks to Tetsuzan. While Emiha took on the Sorcerers Clan's Benikiba, Jiraiya battled Chang. Chang Kung-Fu was defeated by Jiraiya with a slash from his sword.
Following his demise, Chang Kung-Fu's son, Chang Kung-Fu Jr., shows up in episode 10 to fight Jiraiya and avenge his father.
