Biography[]
Three Courses of Death[]
In this episode, Char Sui makes his debut here after a Generic Tree Ninja is seen entering the Dark Shadow Lord's castle, where he is seen standing on the left of the Dark Shadow Lord's throne. Quickly after the Generic Tree Ninja is punished and vanishes, he is sent out to kill the Buddhist Monkey. At the end of this introduction, he appears emerging from a black shadow on Buddhist Monkey's table. After a quick stare into each other, the fight starts. When Buddhist Monkey thinks he has defeated him by throwing back the dumpling bombs at him, Char Sui pulls his ace up his sleeve. As Buddhist Monkey watches Char Sui laying on the ground, suddenly two giant crab arms appear out of Char Sui's hat, revealing a giant crab creature. As this happens, Buddhist Monkey is completely shocked, and is quickly assaulted by the crab creature. Buddhist Monkey is soon after thrown out of his house by the crab, ending up in a lake. While Buddhist Monkey is in the lake, he reflects on all his past-learned techniques, and remembers a "fire harnd" technique his master teached him. When Buddhist Monkey recovers from the fall, he starts aggressively rubbing his hands and as he's doing this Char Sui's Giant crab jumps in the air, attempting to crush Buddhist Monkey. But it all fails, as Buddhist Monkey manages to light his hands on fire and later puts them in the lake's water, making it as hot as lava. This is where Char Sui's crab landed, leading to Char Sui instantly burning and soon after, a complete skin boiling and body explosion, only leaving his organs flying out and the crab to be completely cooked. This is Char Sui's only appearance in the whole series.
Trivia[]
- Char Sui is the only character that actually managed to cause significant injury to the Buddhist Monkey.
- His name is very similiar to a Cantonese pork meat flavoring, known as "Char Siu".
