Lord Charles McIntyre is the overarching antagonist of the 2022 mystery-crime Netflix film Enola Holmes 2.
He is the Treasury Minister and the mastermind of a conspiracy at the Lyon Matchstick Factory, in which he holds a large stake, to save money by switching the phosphorus in the matches from red to white, despite knowing that the latter type is a deadly carcinogen, which condemns hundreds of workers to agonizing deaths from cancer, including children, to fatten his pockets, even though he is already extremely rich.
He is portrayed by Tim McMullan, who also played The Eight in Doctor Who.
