Biography[]
Early Life[]
Charlie Kincaid is a member of the Dixie Mafia. However, despite his membership in the racist gang and being the son of their respected member Thomas Lee, he did not support their hateful beliefs, remaining there solely for the money, as he and his wife were expecting their first child.
After the brutal elimination of the Black Mob following the Marcano family's robbery of the Federal Reserve, Giorgi Marcano handed the Delray Hollow neighborhood over to the Dixie Mafia, and its boss, Ritchie Doucet, converted the former First Baptist Church into a smach factory and appointed Charlie to manage their drug business, also serving as head of heroin sales.
Charlie mostly stays in his office in the back of the church, supervising the black women who cut, weigh, and package the heroin, while his dealers, Big Al, Patrick, Mo-Mo, and even his brother-in-law, Natty, collect the heroin and sell it in the back alleys and other places in the Hollow. Charlie also has fellow Dixie Mafia members, Doug "Hatchet" Marcheti and Deacon Caruso as his enforcers and they both store the heroin in secure locations, giving it to dealers and ensuring the money is returned to Charlie.
Mafia III[]
When the only surviving Black Mob member, Lincoln Clay, begins a vendetta against the Marcano Crime Family his first target becomes the Dixie Mafia, aiming to reclaim the neighborhood where he grew up from their control. Working with his close friend and fellow Vietnam veteran John Donovan, Lincoln learns valuable information about Charlie Kincaid's smack racket. Lincoln successfully killed his enforcers, using Donovan's intel and also sabotaging the shipments stored in the church.
After weakening his organization, Charlie's situation worsened, giving Lincoln the opportunity to confront him. Learning of his situation, Lincoln attacked the church, slaughtering Charlie's men before defeating Charlie. At knifepoint, Lincoln could kill him, or, taking advantage of that Charlie is about to have a child, offer him a job in his organization, under Cassandra's supervision. If Charlie is spared, he will work alongside Emmanuel in the marijuana racket.
Trivia[]
