Charlie the Funland Robot is a robot and a recurring antagonist in the Scooby-Doo franchise. He is notable for being the first monster that is real and not a person in a costume.

Biography

Scooby-Doo, Where Are You?

Charlie first appeared in the Scooby-Doo, Where Are You? episode "Foul Play in Funland". In the episode, he is a robot that Mr. Jenkins built to help Funland. The robot became destructive after his sister sabotaged it. In the end of the episode, Charlie reforms and pets Scooby gently.

Scooby-Doo and The Cyber Chase: The Videogame

Despite the fact he does not appear in the 2001 movie, Scooby-Doo and The Cyber Chase, Charlie appears in both versions of the Scooby-Doo and The Cyber Chase videogame.

Scooby-Doo! Night of 100 Frights

Charlie appears as an enemy in the 2002 video game Scooby-Doo! Night of 100 Frights. In the secret lab, He and the Space Kook fight Scooby during his battle with the Mastermind.

Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed
