"GO!!" - Chef Skinner angrily orders Linguine to dispose Remy out of his restaurant.

"Now, recreate the soup." - Chef Skinner ordering Linguine to fix his mistake by recreating the soup.
"Take as much time as you need. All week if you must."
"Linguini?"
”Chef Skinner opens the door.”
”Linguini quickly turns off the light.”
Skinner tries to find Remy.
"And, what are you doing here!!?" - Skinner furiously yells at Linguini

Skinner listening to his lawyer, Talon Labarthe read Gusteau's will which says after two years of his death, his business interests will be given to his sous chef if he has no living heirs.
"I know what the will stipulates!" - Skinner complaining that he knows what Gusteau's will says.
"What I want to know if this letter...." - Chef Skinner bitterly holds his letter.
"If this boy changes anything!"-Skinner believing Linguini may pose a threat of taking Gusteau's interests due to what he read in Renata's letter.
"There's no resemblance at all! He is not Gusteau's son! Gusteau had no children!" - Skinner angrily refuses as he insists that Linguini is not Gusteau's son.
"And what of the timing of all of this? The deadline in the will expires in less than a month!"
"Suddenly some boy arrives with a letter from his recently deceased mother, claiming Gusteau is his father? Highly suspect!"
(Talon: "But the boy does not know?") "She claims she never told him or Gusteau. And asks that I not tell."
(Talon: "Why you? What does she want?") "A job for the boy."
Skinner being told by Talon to keep an eye on Linguini and collect some of his hair so he can have his DNA examined to see if he's truly Gusteau's son.
"Mark my words. The whole thing is highly suspect! He knows something."
Skinner being advised by Talon to not worry about Linguini before he leaves.

"Now, hurry up. Our diners are hungry."
