Cheon Ma is the overaching antagonist of the martial arts novel and manhwa series, Return of the Blossoming Blade. He was the cult leader and founder of Heavenly Demon Cult, a brutal following of martial artists/religious fanatics who worship him and his godly-like power.
Oriented to the pinnacle of strength and wanting to expand, the Cheon Ma declared war against the central plains and waged a destructive campaign of dominance against its residents.
Cheon Ma first appeared in the final moments of his vicious war as he sat on top of the corpses of dozens of martial artists and warriors having slaughtered them single-handily but was ultimately defeated. Dying from his wounds and lamenting that he couldn't live up to his name, Cheon Ma acknowledged a dying Cheongmyeong's blade to be the greatest in the world and gave one final declaration that the Demonic Cult will rise again someday before Mount Hua's hero beheaded him.
In the series' audio drama, he is voiced by Pyo Yeong-jae who provides the Korean dubbing voices for Varus from League of Legends and Suikotsu from Inuyasha.

The Cheon Ma was a pale-skinned but ominously handsome man with long navy-blue hair and deep crimson eyes that displayed his demonic nature. He was muscled in appearance with blackish lips and wore well-made silk clothing decorated with a red dragon pattern
